All customers buying products at Thien Phuc Herb Joint Stock Company system have the need to deliver directly to home.


  • Free delivery:
    Free delivery within 20 Km from Hoan Kiem Lake, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
  • Charged delivery:
    In addition to the above free shipping, the remaining cases will be charged a delivery fee according to the shipping fee of the 3rd carrier. This cost will be notified and confirmed with customers before delivery

Delivery time will be from 1-5 days depending on the shipping distance.
In some objective cases, we may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the way of delivery, problems during shipment. .

– If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the products and risks such as loss or damage of the products during the transportation from us to you. Customer will be responsible for freight and related loss.


– If the delivery address is not clear, located in the alley, or in dangerous places, mountainous areas, difficult means of transportation, we have the right to refuse to ship, deliver the products directly to the customer.
– In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, damage to ferry bridges, …, we are not responsible for compensation for damage arising from delivery of products on time or failure to deliver products to the destination.
– In case we have shipped the products to the delivery location as customer designated but for some reasons, the customer requests to return the products, then the customer must pay the shipping costs according to our specified price list.
– During special days or Festivals due to general traffic policy (no roads for some vehicles…) delivery time may change, we will call customers to confirm the delivery time.
